[ SOL ]BONDI BEACH DUPLEX THAT SET A SUBURB RECORD

An Oasis of Coastal Luxury

SOL is a Bondi Beach duplex designed and built by SHORE.

An oasis of Mediterranean-inspired coastal luxury in the heart of Bondi Beach. This bespoke duplex blends soft sculptural form with timeless natural finishes - curved walls and floating staircases wrapped in hand-applied micro cement, grounding travertine and stone underfoot, and warm herringbone timber weaving through the living spaces.

Architecturally placed feature lighting highlights every detail, while expansive curved skylights flood the interiors with natural light, bringing the outside in and creating an ever-changing play of sun and shadow throughout the day.

SOL is a space that feels shaped by nature, designed for barefoot living.
