Our eastern suburbs projects

SWELL, Dover Heights. We designed and built this five-bedroom coastal home on a 431 m² clifftop block and completed it in 2026. Natural Cristallos stone, travertine crazy pave, an off-form concrete ceiling and a spiral staircase carry the detail through the house.

SOL, Bondi Beach. We designed and built this duplex on a 446 m² block with interiors by Tina Kosta Studio. Completed in 2025, it set a Bondi Beach suburb record for a duplex.

CONWAY, Randwick. We built this Federation residence and its contemporary Mediterranean extension to a design by Tina Kosta Studio and completed it in 2025. Its materials run from a tuck pointed brick facade to travertine, handmade glazed tiles and brass.

KIMBERLEY, Vaucluse. Now under construction for completion in 2027, this sculptural coastal home designed by Tesserarch responds to one of the east's most prized outlooks.
